How did you reseal your fifth wheel front cap to keep out water?

Please tell me the details of how you did it and what you used and all the steps - and s-p-e-a-k s-l-o-w-l-y for this newbie.

Thank you in advance.

It was easy. I used 4" wide Eternabond across the top seam (though you may need 6"), and I used Lexel sealant down the sides at the seams. Haven't had a leak since.

I just cleaned the top well with Spic-n-Span (you could use Awesome or even Eternabond cleaner), and applied the Eternabond right across the seam onto both the fiberglass cap and the membrane roof and used a hard roller to press it down.
