How much for a new roof

Based on my experience with CW, if you have them do the roof, they might forget to put the new EPDM on ....

For anyone needing to replace the rubber roofs should not bother with the standard roof and just go with the Rhino roof stated above or there are other (spray on roofs) available.
If you do a internet search, or look in the back of most trailer life mags you will finds a number of providers and the best thing it is usually cheaper and they all come with a "lifetime"warranty. Unlike to the rubber roof which comes with a very limited 10 yrs.
SO as for the cost for your job it is way to hard to tell, you stated there are tears in the roof now (sure hope someone patched they?) but with length and damage it all varies all over the country.

My 2004 Wildcat roof is starting to show a lot of wear also but so far no leaking. Has anyone else had any experience with the roof coating BuffaloHunter mentioned above and if so what type did you use?

It's a $100.00 a foot including labor and materials, new epdm rv rubber roofing, new plumbing vents, new a/c gaskets, new kitchen base and cap but does not include carpentry rot soft spots ect. Add a 20 year 100% acrylic elastomeric rv roof coating for around $800.00, but that's with a 4" fiber backed seam tape replacing the lap sealant, self leveling caulking, never have to inspect your seams again.
