I have come very close to a similar mishap a couple of times. Trees are my biggest fear when on a narrow campground road and another camper is coming the other way.

Other than a shop that specializes in RV repairs, I got nothing. Sorry.

Look into finding a boat place. They should have something to fix it.

Should be a fairly easy fix for any place that works with fiberglass.

This would be something a boat or fiberglass repair place would do. I think most RV places will have the name of a good place to take your unit to.

West marine sells do it yourself kits for small repairs. Be patient. Fixing gel coat is tricky but doable...or find a good marine repair shop..
I have used the kits on small repairs on my boat and works good if u can follow all the steps..
