Just going by the price you showed I figure that they are charging you about 129$ / foot to do your roof and at that price for my old 25 foot came out to about 3200$. Then I have inside damage that could cost another 500$ which brings me to about what nada says its worth. Don't know if its worth the hassle when we were going to sell it anyway.

Your numbers make sense. Here's hoping that you can now get that RV of your dreams.

That trailer is now what is called a deer hunter special.

Some guy will patch the roof with old license plates covered in eterna-bond tape. Might or might not fix the inside holes.

Then the little trailer will disappear into the woods, never to be seen again.

Somebody will give you something for it.

If the insurance Co. totals it and hands you a check for whatever they think it is worth they own it, no?
Do you not have the option to buy it back for what ever you think it is worth?

That's the way it usually works. If I can get it cheap enough and try to patch it and sell it to someone for hunting or something like that to make up the amount I wanted for it. No license plates involved in patch though, spray foam and eterna bond plus some self leveling caulk around the edge of the patch just for the hell of it on the roof. Not sure on the inside going to have to punt for now.

Im sorry to here about the damage.I to say turn on the furnace. What I would do to is crank it up or down all the way so when the sun and furnace help melt it the water will run off the roof. good luck

Well the damage done by the ice storm didn't seem to bother people wanting a trailer, had several inquire about our old trailer all were made aware of the patches on the roof and still wanted it. Well it's SOLD. That's a wonderful thing. Thanks for the input to help fix it.
