My husband and I recently bought a 2001 26' Rockwood travel trailer with one small slide-out, and this was our first year to take it camping. Ran into plumbing problems, which DH will fix!
What I was wanting to know is it safe to walk on the top of this model to clean and to check seams, seeing this is so different from the older RV and trailer camper we had owned which there were no problems walking on. We know we should not walk on the small slide-out.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hold the phone there, from my understanding is that if there is a ladder equipt from the factory installed would be a good indication that the roof was supported for walking on.If no ladder it may not be.My advise is to copy the VIN call factory diect and see if the roof was reinforced.Or locate the brouchere for this model to see if it was a option.

I think the plywood sounds like a great idea !!!
I had a guy @ an RV dealer install vent covers on our Sunseeker,,, he had no problem,,, but he is about 1/2 my size !!!
I would only go on our roof if all else failed !!!
I think that is why we have Grandsons ??? LOL !!!
