Just got my first ever RV - Paint Damage

Hi all,

I just picked up my first ever RV, it's a 2007 Cherokee Lite 18DD.

I got it for a good price because the previous owners had it parked too close to a tree which did some pretty bad paint damage to the front in a big windstorm.

Does anyone have thoughts how to fix this unsightly mess? I was thinking I could get diamond plating installed in the front, but I don't think it'd look very good to go as high as the damage is.

Appreciate any thoughts!

You can never have too much diamond plate! Cover the whole front cap with it!

I definitely thought about it, but I can't find any images of anyone online with a full front of diamond plate. I really would like to see what it'd look like, I am not much for breaking new ground!
