I had a ladder, and upper rack factory installed on my 2001 Cedar Creek TT. As I look back, I would not have had them put on. 1. I now weight about 240#, and that is too much for that ladder, and it has bent. 2. Where the ladder and the rack has been secured to the rubber roof, it has multiple locations where the sealant has broken down, and allowed water to enter the inside. I take credit for not noticing it sooner, but still. I have removed both, and sealed the holes.
