Unhappy Landing legs

My landing legs only go up half way. I bought graphite spray but did not fix the problem. Any suggestions?

What type of landing gear do you have? electric or hydraulic?

You need to post more information here so that someone may be able to help you. A picture of your problem would be great.
It sounds like you are talking about the front landing legs of a fifth wheel type unit. If so they may be the stile that has a pin through the landing leg. If so you must hook up the unit to your truck, raise the landing leg, then pull each pin one at a time and push up on the bottom portion of the leg, it will slide into the upper portion, then reinstall the pin in the closest hole to hold the leg up.

If you have not retracted the lower leg first by pulling the pin and lifting it (once it is on the truck of course). Do that.

Also assuming the motor runs up and down, but stops at a certain point (fuse not blown).

Most landing gear have a Zerk fitting on the front top of each leg. You can try lubricating it (see photo).

If that is not your problem, you could have a broken tooth (teeth) in the screw jack (or top pinion gear) inside the leg itself. You will need a shop to replace the landing gear leg.
