Large bubbles under fiberglass

Front end of Forest River trailer.

Three bubbles around 9" each.

Ideas for repair?

Take a small needle and poke at bottom of bubble , see if it's moisture .

Yes, fiberglass.

Caulked around front window last year after seeing one small bubble -- now more bubbles.

Do a quick search for delamination repair on-line and they may give you some ideas on a possible solution. I found a couple of videos real quick.

Basically the paint lost adhesion
To the fiberglass and will have to be sanded back and primed and paint. No real easy fix. If moisture is present it probably getting water behind it possible crack.
