Lower panel removal?

Can any one tell me how to remove the lower brown panel?

Yep.....the vinyl strip that separates the two colors has to be removed...... pulls out of it's track....then unscrew tract and you're in business....bottom panel is called a J panel

I started taking it apart at the corner, but could not see any screws. Almost seems like caulk alone is holding it to the white panel.
