Maintaining slide seals

So what's the best and simplest way to accomplish this? Armor All maybe sprayed on?

I use a silicone spray. Amoreall will draw dust.

I apply Aerospace 303 UV protectant three times a season.

I use Thetford Slideout Seal Conditioner. Has a UV protectant, like 303.

I get my Aerospace 303 from an auto parts store, never seen it at CW.
