MaxxAir above and beyond good service!
Just had to give a shout out to MaxxAir engineer Gary T. I purchased a Maxxair power roof vent over 4 years ago. For some reason this vent always had a sort of low moaning sound especially in low speed. It would come and go and the pitch went up and down. Really sounded sort of like a lonely hound dog or an antique fire engine siren off in the distance.
Anyway, I put up with it for 4 years. Finally called and was handed off to Gary T. He immediately agreed to send me a new motor!
OMG this is AWESOME customer service LONG after the sale.
I've heard on RV chat groups that MaxxAir had great customer service. I'm glad to know that great service is carrying on since the purchase by RV America.
You can be sure any trailer I own will have MaxxAir vents!!
