Maxxair vs. UltraBreeze

I know this has been covered previously however there's a twist in my situation. Since I just purchased my motorhome, I figured the first and easiest upgrade would be to replace the vents since the caulk and that isn't so sun baked and such. My existing fans are the stock manual ones.

So, the upgrade should be easy however I'm looking at the Fan-tastic or the Maxxair. My requirement is temp and rain sensor which both have. I'm leaning towards the Maxxair since it's an all in one solution rather than a fan with a cover. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts and what you might do. Thanks!

Real data is hard to come by, but I was impressed with the separate fantastic cover and the fancy airfoil louvers. But on the other hand the all in one unit was nice two. Why don't you buy both, and let us know which works better?

They're both nice. I like having a seperate fan with cover so I can keep my vent lid open in the rain for some fresh air. I really like the temp setting plus the air in/out capability.
