Melting/dripping seal?

Can anyone tell me why this is happening. Should I take everything out and reseal?

Yes, I would remove and reseal.
What year, make, and model do you own? Is this a new issue or bought it used?

Bought new. 2011 forest river wildwood 17 exl
Live in Michigan
Possible they used self leveling instead of non drip sealant??

Hard to say what they used. Unfortunately, You will have to pull the hatch and any other areas affected and reseal. I would use butyl tape and a exterior sealant like proflex to seal things up. Do it now, not later.

Thank you for the advice. Does the pro flex just go around the outside or does it go in between with the butyl tape?

The Proflex is the perimeter seal. The butyl tape is between the window flange and the aluminum siding.

EDIT: Thinking out loud... You might want to contact MFG to see what they recommend. The butyl tape is thin and might have issues sealing the "hills and valleys" on aluminum siding.

why would this happen 6 years later?

caulk usually hardens and cracks, it does not ooze and drip...

My thoughts exactly. Bad batch of caulk? Wrong caulk being used?
The clear silicone on the perimeter seams fine. What ever is on the stuff between the trim and aluminum is expanding and dripping.
