If you are talking about the stuff under the aluminum corner trim. it is called butyl rubber tape. it is available in several colors. Do an internet search and you will find a few places that you can order from online. it comes in different thickness and widths

Thanks! Ordered some on Amazon. Need to fill in some areas on my trailer.

Hopefully butyl tape is what you are looking for.

It is typically used on joints where the outer trim is removed, new tape is applied between the trim and the panel and then the trim is reinstalled.

It is not designed to be pushed in a void as a repair.
