New water heater panel

Not sure how it came off, maybe because I tried twice to have the bottom of the entire side reattached under warranty without success, but I arrived at my last destination with the cover missing.

Anyone have any experience replacing one of these with the paint design matching?

I think you will find you have to have the replacement door painted to match.
