One of our Pop Up when fully raised(extended) roof is not level on right side.

Why is when we fully open/raise the Pop Up, on the door side-right(front) side of the roof is about 1 or 2 inch lower then left front side.
We have problems opening and closong the door as this side is lower.
We usually push it up by hand and stays up for a while but then slowly will go down again about 1 or 2 inch down on the right side.

This is only in the front of the camper and not in the back which is level.

Any ideas? not sure if we have a broken cable which is not holding the roof in place.
