Pebble? Under roof

I noticed a bump , smaller than a pencil eraser, under the roof membrane. I am concerned about a leak developing if it is stepped on or just from norml rubbing. It does not feel like a s crew tip. What should I expect from a warranty repair? Peel back the roof and remove or slice and patch area?

Most likely they will cut a hole where the "item" is and remove it then seal hole back up with eternabond.
Do you think it could be a screw head?

It could be if the screws (found two so far, 1 at a panel joint) were put in at an angle as the top of the " bump" feels sharp rather than flat. Dare I say it........you're probably right

Could be such a case as the screws that hold the roof panels down were tightened to tight and popped the head off after trailer movement and or expansion and contraction .

Hope this isn't signs to come for you!

Like I said I bet they won't pull the top off but rather just cut small individual holes where the objects lay.

I would not be worried about sealing with eternabond as that stuff is a great tape sealer.

I'd me more worried about future crew heads popping if that's what they truly are.

Turbs,

Should I get them repaired now, or wait, or never unless a leak or more develop?

Thanks

Imo if they are trully screw heads I'd get fixed asap as they may rub through.

Is it under warranty?

If you have some Eternabond or equivalent, I would slit it open and see what it is and patch it with the tape. If it is a screw head, I would call the dealer and explain and if necessary, take the screw head and trailer to him. Would definitely take pictures before you slit it open, slit opened up, etc. Document with pictures everything. Email to FR and cc dealer.

Yep.Under warranty. It was ordered last fall and yet too be used! I think I'll take it back to the dealer and have them check one and see if it is a screw.a patch is ok but many and loose plywood is not. An Unsettling feeling is setting in.

Don't fret to much till you know for sure.

I would be a little concerned if screw heads are popping off tho.

The sooner the better as you can get a history going if there's future proplems.
