Polishing Corrigated Aluminum Siding

I have aluminum siding and the paint is in good shape but i think it needs to be buffed/shined up. Every spring we remove the black streaks with LA's Awesome cleaner but there are still water spots and what looks like oxidation.

Is there a method to do this? It is going to be a big job even with a buffer/polisher.
