Rain Gutter trim

I have a 2012 Class C Forrester. I was going down the highway and noticed the vinyl trim tape that covers the screws on body that goes from top of class C to bottom of coach near street level was blowing in the wind. Still attached top and bottom. I stopped and by pinching in together was able to get it back in track. The problem is this same think occurs about ever 20 or 30 miles. WHAT IS THE FIX ?????

My old tent trailer had that problem. I added a few dabs of silicone sealant to it. Never came off again. A few years before I sold it, I bought replacement someplace on Amazon to make it look nice again. The silicone, since it was not an adhesive, took a bit of rubbing to get it off, as the replacement stuff was slightly different size.
