My 5er was relatively new when I did this so the dicor was still pretty clean and in good condition. I also did the seam on the front and rear. I'll be doing the side seams, overlapping into the top of the gutters this summer. Here are a couple pics.

never could get use to knee pads, the way they waded up behind the knee just drove me crazy, worked a great deal on mine for thirty five years, not sure if they would have helped, but the knees sure hurt now

An old throwable pfd works great for knees...comfortable, doesn't wad up behind knees and cooler...IMHO.
And eternabond certainly looks to be the best solution. I'll get to mine one day but not in a hurry since the trailer is new.
Nice photos...thanks for sharing.

I am new to all this. How long will the Eternabond last? How often do the Dicor seals need to be redone? My unit is a 2013/2014 Sunseeker.

Replace Factory Roof Dicor Sealant with Eternabond Tape?
Eternalbond tape will not crack or get brittle. I think it looks cleaner and you do not have to worry about it. I put on my old trailer 4 years ago and last year when I sold it it was still as good as when I put it down

I put eternabond on the front and rear cap seams, skylight, tv antenna right over the dicor. Just clean it real good with mineral spirits first.
