replacement sky light - where to get low profile

my sky light on the slide out over the table is cracked..
that is why it is leaking ...
outside size is 25.25 " by 25.25 inches
bought it is low profile, so that it can go through the slide wiper
height is less then 1 inch ...
everything I found is 4" height ...
anyone know how to get ahold of sandpiper directly ?

To me that doesn't even look like a factory skylight.
Are you sure someone hasn't changed it ?
These people custom make skylights.

The stuff I bought had a thin layer of tar, just have to get your self a heat gun and carefully heat the tape and use a small roller, works awesome
Don't use caulking
