Replacing exterior screws with Stainless Steel

Howdy,

First off, this is a re-post to an old thread. The comments to the OP weren't addressed, and I thought it was a good question and so looking to the metal fabricator gurus for insight!

Would replacing with SS screws be advisable? I understand that stripping can also occur too. Seems like a great idea other than the potential for corrosion between the two metals.

My TT (and most new TTs/5th) has aluminum stud framing, are there good aluminum screws that would address this then?

Hope the question is clear, would like to know if its a good idea.

Thanks,
