replacing the plywood floor under door.

I am about to take on perhaps the most difficult repair I've encountered thus far. The plywood under the screen door of my camper is splintered and stepping on the floor here causes it to get worse. I would like to replace it with a spare piece of plywood I have. Before tearing apart the door area so I can get to the plywood I wanted to ask a few things.

BTW. I own a 2006 Rockwood HW256 pop-up camper.

1. How easy will it be to get replacement parts such as the bottom aluminum piece of door frame ( pictured), weather stripping ( pictured ), and the black mesh protective sheet underneath the camper that shields the plywood from the weather? I have attached two pictures of the aluminum door frame bottom and weather stripping.

There are 3 screws under the bottom screen door frame that I will need to remove to get the bad plywood out.

2. Anybody else ever done this? Any tips will be appreciated.
