Looks nice, what type of cleaner did you use? I have to give mine a hard clean this year too and then use some eternabond in some spots.

Looks awesome though, nice work! I too have an 06 Flagstaff, I had resealed the front compartments too using the butyl tape and put some new hardware in. Worked out well in addition to all the windows.

i talked to the guys at spencers RV in town they said they use bleach/water @ 50/50 let it sit about 15 min and a floor brush to scrub with, and it looked very clean after 1 washing, it was a long processes but not hard, the cutting in around edges and pipes, vents was the worst!

Don't forget to treat it with a UV blocker now that it is clean.

I use Protect All Rubber Roof Treatment, 1 Gallon 68128

You can find it most anywhere. Just roll it on and let it dry.

I've got to do a light cleaning on mine, was told to use pine-sol and water with a soft brush after I swept it light and that it doesn't need Uv protect. Any other input regarding this. My old trailer we cleaned and painted with a rubber paint, you couldn't walk on that trailer to do any work.
