Roof bubbles

I just changed out the skylight over my shower, now I have some bubbles in the rubber roof along edge of skylight. Is this a big problem? I'm assuming that the edges of the roof came unglued when we were cleaning off the old dicor.

It may be a chemical reaction to the sealant. Check it in a few days as I suspect it will go back to normal once your sealant fully cures.

I have this same bubbling on mine from the factory. I think it's normal that it happens. Everyone said to leave it alone and all will be fine but I couldn't let it go. I found that many people suggested covering the lap sealant with eternabond. So I did. I would suggest the same once you know it has cured.
