Roof Coating

I am in need to seal/coat my roof to keep it protected from the elements as the unit ages. Any thoughts on what to use or has anybody used what i have listed below.

https://www.amazon.com/Dicor-RP-RRK-...ct_top?ie=UTF8

Any thoughts are much appreciated!

What is your roof material EDPM, TPO or metal?
All have different methods of maintenance.

I'm planning on coating the roof of my 11 year old Rockwood. The roof is an Alpha TPO system. Looking at all that was available,I'm settling on this product,Tropic-cool by Henry. Available from my local Home Depot.Click image for larger version

I know you said your rig is 11 years old but typical Alpha TPO roofs do not need coated or protected. If yours really needs something, then I'd contact Alpha before putting something on it. They are great to deal with.

Again, contact whomever manufactured YOUR roofing material.
EDPM rubber roofs can be coated.
Alpha TPO roofs don't recommend a coating or protectant.
Dicor's DiFlex II TPO roofs recommend something other.
Metal/Fiberglass roofs need something else.

My roof is Alpha TPO also. The only thing I suggest is inspecting all the seams and roof projections. Then apply Eternabond tape over all the seams and around the projections covering the sealant that was applied when the roof was installed.

Well, that will save me a load of labor and money ($240 for 5 gal.)! All of the seams and vents are sealed with Eternabond, all screws in awning rail have been replaced with SS screws and sealed. I guess the only thing to do with the roof is to keep on cleaning it !

Yeah, I love that my new Alpha roof requires no maintenance other than washing it down with spic and span! Just have to maintain the lap sealant.
