Roof corner radius popping

I have a 2 year old Sandpiper 387FBS.
The roof corner radius are starting to separate.
The metal is stapled to the roof & is now popping.
Forest River is saying that the rubber roof can be peeled back, the metal can then be screwed down, then the rubber roof membrane can be pulled back and reattached.
I have a service center that does lots of roof & says that once you remove the membrane from the side it can not be attached again properly, there is not enough material to pull and then secure too.

Has anyone had this problem and was fixed this way?

My guy is saying that the roof needs to be totally remove & new put down. See all the other bubbles too.
I would like to have the metal radius's glued down too.
It's a 2 year old trailer and I'm trying to get this done under Forest River
