Angry Roof Leak

I have a 2015 246 RKS Coachmen Freedom Express. Right from delivery there was a low spot on the roof at the very front where the EPDM ties into the curved azdel front. There is a metal flange along this joint. After five years (outdoor storage in BC Canada) I have notice some buckling of the azdel front along this flange, and evidence of standing water in the left front roof corner and some evidence of penetration into the interior. I think there has been water penetration. I just applied DICOR lap sealant prior to putting away this winter, and to my dismay this sealant appears to have caused delamination of the underlying wood and the rubber roof - the situation now appears to be worse!! I have emailed Coachmen for advice, but anyone out there with a similar experience?? Recommended fixes??

Thanks
Tom in BC
