Roof leak WP

2016 FR 36’ work and play roof leaking through interior ceiling light after 2 days of rain. My husband wants an idea where to start looking in the morning to track down leak and proper way to walk on aluminum roof. We’re 1000 miles from home for 6 more weeks in northern rural NH. Thanks.

I would go up on the roof to the general area above the light and if there are any seams or vents or pipes close to the area check the chalking for any cracks and reseal. I did not know FR installed aluminum roofs with that said if he is real heavy cut some 8" x 4' sections of 1/2 ply to walk and kneel on to spread out the weight.
