Roof Maintenance

Does anybody know what to use to fill in cracks on the sealant that is used on the roofs?? No leaks yet just want to make sure I don't get any. Whatever sealant that was used is starting to crack. It looks like some kind of self leveling stuff from the factory.
I have been told Pro-Flex by Geocel in the quart cans is what to use and it is also self leveling.

Thanks,

Paul B

Make sure you buy something compatible for your roof type. Most rubber roofs are using Dicor Lap Sealant, or equivalent. (comes in caulking tubes) There are a few brands out there. They are self-leveling and work very well. I just sealed up my roof last Fall. Worked great.

This is hberger. I have a 07 831FKss .

I was told to use dycor at the dealer and by several other Techs. I carry a tube with me just in case. They say it will cover a pretty good tear and is better than a patch repair kit.

I carry a tube of Dicor also. It is compatible with most roofing materials.
