After 4 years of use I decided to inspect the roof after reading many threads about people getting major water damage to RV.
I cleaned all dicor with mineral spirits and then applied a new layer of dicor. May be overkill but I'd rather do this than have water damage that could cost $$$$$.

Rest in Peace Mary my darling wife.
Scottish by birth Canadian by time.
I go up there twice a year and carefully check all the sealant. A week ago I went up to do the fall inspection and found both roof vent covers broken. It must have been from our last trip. Looks like some tree branches got them. Temporarily covered the cracks with gorilla tape until the new covers arrive. Glad I didn't wait.
Looks good, I add to the caulk a roof cleaning. I do it in the spring with some liquid spic and span in a bucket of water with a soft brush, then seal it after it dries. I think this is what FR had in their roof care instructions.
