Don't forget to check all seams too! I mean every single one and reseal there when necessary too. Leaks around windows, etc. can be very damaging. We have only owned our camper 1.5 years. It came with all new seals and we just had it re-sealed entirely all over again. For a 34 TT with alum. siding it was 1000 dollars. Not cheap, but we didn't have the time to do it ourselves this spring.
