Roof seam

Found this little spit in caulk when washing roof was wondering what type of dicor to use on it the self level or the regular?

I would use self leveling with an edging of blue painters tape on the vertical surface. However, you'd best be looking at eternabond tape for that repair. Look at the info on this forum or the company's web site.
