Ok so started some winter preparations today, started on roof and noted stain or mold at every 4' ... The pictures are after cleaning non prior, I expected to be able to remove them. Most came off but two areas remain somewhat unchanged.
This appears to be originating from between decking and covering, since it's such a defined line.
Any thoughts
Its hard to tell from the photos, and maybe someone with more experience can comment, but it looks like the mold is coming from the inside, out, as if moisture was trapped at the cross members.

It’s not mold. This happens on pretty much every unit. It is a chemical reaction between the glue and paint. It can be cleaned with bleach or spic-n-span/water solution.

I also have had the marks on every unit I have owned, some worse than others. It definitely is along the roof rafter lines. I would think an adhesive reaction would be on the whole roof though. The stain definitely comes from the joint in the plywood roof where the pieces join at the rafter though. I just wonder if the condensate/moisture from the interior of the camper is seeping through the plywood joint? It could be mold/mildew if this is the case !!!
