Roof warranty

Question about roof on a 2012, Silverback 35QB4. Along the sides of the roof, there seems to be mouldings underneath the rubber roof that overlap the roof Panels. . These seem to have come loose. . I can see a ridge down both sides of the food. . If I press them, they start to stick down and are still tacky, but, pop back up. . Thus has created a line down the rubber membrane and it is only a matter of time before it cuts through. . Does anyone know if the 12year warranty is for rubber only and if it is only for the original owner?

I am the second owner of a Coachmen, when calling
Coachmen about a roof problem they said they would
have covered mine since it had a 10 year warranty
and was only 7 years old.

The problem was I said that it looked like it had been
repaired before, they said they had no record of any
roof repair on my unit.

I sent pictures they said sorry, looked like roof had
been repaired, they have no record of such thus
warranty was no longer valid.....

So I suggest you call MFG and ask the question, all
they can say is no, of course if you can't stand the
answer don't ask the question.

Not that I know of, should be transferable. But I don't know if a problem like yours would be covered being it's not the membrane. You can call and find out or send them pictures.

12 year is the membrane only. The issue you describe is a manufacturer issue.
#8 screw and #10 flat washer along the same tack line of original fasteners of flashing if you can spot them. Dab of dicor to finish. It is what it is....
