Roof wired satellite cable

Does anyone know how to get the roof mounted cable loose? We have been trying to hook our satellite dish up and the wiring inside the trailer appears to be not sufficient to support all of our channels on the dish. The dealer suggested that we try the roof mounted cable as it appears to be RG-6. The problem is, both ends are tucked inside and we can not find the end.

I know this might sound stupid, but are the internal switched on your roof mounted antenna setup for the system you're trying to use, i.e. Dish or DirectTV? I saw your post on a diffrent forum and just now wondered if this might not be the reson you're only getting part of the channels?

I read once the extra tank vent on roof over the passenger seat has pwr and cable ends "Sat ready feature". Never checked however. On my motorhome there is a unused vent there maybe 1 1/2" pipe size.
