The video does help but the gray fleece is what made me question.

TPO and EPDM rubber roofs can both have fleece backings.

The only thing that makes me think EPDM is that it is porous and not slick or shiny.

Talked with Forest River they said they put TPO roof membrane on their Rv's, it's supplied by Alpha Systems .

Did the FR rep say that they used TPO back in 2007? I know they use it now, but not sure about back then.

Yes, that's what they said, but they couldn't tell me much about the roof membrane used back then and TPO now, other than the new TPO doesn't have fleece backing.

When I first got my RV I researched to find out what rubber roof was on my RV, I watched the video on YouTube white backing was TPO, black backing EPDM, well mine has a gray fleece backing, I assumed it was EPDM, well seems I was wrong in my assumption. I purchased Dicor Acrylic Coating for EPDM, so I am trying to find out if it will work on TPO roofs, I called Dicor they say it will, but there's a catch, TPO roofs are not the same as they use to be, TPO roofs had there Patent until 2011 no testing or ramifications could be made by outside sources until then, mine is a 2007, TPO roofs have changed since then. The older roofs had more plastic than vinyl, roof sealants don't stick well, they tend to peel off, that's why TPO use to say no need to seal just wash the roof periodically. So more research before I put Dicor roof coating on, may have to sell what I have bought on Ebay, lol,
