RV Cover

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this or not. We traded our 07 Salem in on a new Flagstaff this summer and even though our old unit was in good condition, you could tell that the sun had done a lot of damage to it. We are wanting to install a RV cover but I'm torn on what to get. We are planning on a metal building and I have talked to several dealers and decided which company I will be going with. The final decisions are color and walls. My plan is to buy a 18' X 41' with 12' legs. I just can't decide if I want to have three sides closed in or just bring them down a few feet from the top. The sun will heat the back and about 1/3 of the side early in the morning and the sun will stay on the other side all afternoon. I really want it closed in on 3 sides but I'm concerned with the possibility of mold or mildew. Does anyone have anything similar and if so what is your recommendation?

Someone will have to tell me why my pics are sideways. Haven't been drinking today, I promise.
