RV cover ruined my rubber roof

Last fall I spent nearly $400.00 on a class C RV cover and now after 6 months being covered I noticed the rubbing action has worn away sections of the rubber roof on the edges.

My question is this. Which repair kit is the best!?

1. Rubber Roof Repair made by Cofair Products Inc. Manufacturer's Number for this Rubber Roof Repair Dbl Wht 6inx 16' is WRQR616

2. Dicor RV Rubber Roof EPDM Repair Membranes
533RM-6 6" x 25' Roll
Dicor Roll EPDM Peel & Stick RV Roof Repair.

You have discovered the ugly "Con" in the pros and cons of covering your RV in storage. Numerous threads here about this.

Also numerous threads here about Eternabond for repair and permanant sealing of roof seams.

This is one of the reason that I never wanted a cover for my trailer. On windy days they flap and remove the finish on the side walls also. One of my neighbor had a cover and on windy day it was rubbing and flapping on the sides. The sides lost all its glossy shine where there was contacts with the flapping.
