As far as I know Dicor is not silicone, as silicone caulking does not seem to stick to the roof material. (I tried)
Any half-decent RV place should have Dicor. I doubt Home Depot would.

Dicor is NOT silicone, don't put any silicone products on your roof.. Dicor is a self leveling sealant. Also if you have put silicone on your roof I don't believe dicor or etherbond tape will adhere to it, so you would have to remove it before you put dicor or etherbond tape on your roof..

Just checked Home Depot. They do not carry an approved roof sealant for RVs. You can order it online from many stores like RV Warehouse or Camping World.

thanks ... found some at a local RV shop...

rain finally stopped and I was able to climb up my newly repaired and painted ladder ( Snapped Ladder Repair Pix ) on to my roof... Everything looked good though I did find a 1/2" cut in the membrane (no idea how it got there) and a few places where the factory sealant had "popped out" of screw holes that hold various vents on.

I gooped on the Dicor and all seems well..

thanks again... just goes to show that it pays to climb up there every now and then.. that cut in the membrane was almost surgical but would have certainly lead to disaster if left unchecked.

Branches can play the very devil with that membrane.
