Should I be concerned?

We have had copious amounts of rain here in Iowa. My Coachmen 292BHDS has been sitting parked in my drive which has a pretty good slope. I didn't level the trailer just parked it chocked it and let it be.

Today I decided to level up since we are packing it up this week. While leveling I noticed water starting coming from under the cap area where the front cap meets the bottom of frame. I check everything inside and in storage for any signs of water leaks and found nothing. Since camper was nose down I'm curious as how this water pooled a little in the nose space. It wasn't much water but I did take notice.

Any concern here or has anyone had thus issue

I would be checking the top corners of cap, chances are some sealant was missed and water wicked its way in. Make sure check under the gimp (the plastic in the channel) for rusty screws. I had a leak on two trailers here.
