Soft floors

Bought this trailer end of last season. This year it seems ias if the floors are soft. Any suggestions?

I betcha got a leak there. First step would be to stop it from leaking.

What is best for sealing those roofs? The sides I planned on silicone

Dicor Self-Leveling Lap Sealant for the roof.

I haven't had much luck with silicone on my fiberglass camper. Better luck with Pro-flex RV Sealant.

The silicone doesn't adhere to the surface as well.
