Spare Parts? Door Hatch and Ladder bracket?

Just bought a 2011 Sunseeker 2860 DS it's in great shape but there are a few things that need to be replaced.. Like this door hatch / clip? it's use to hold the door open.

And then I have a broken ladder standoff assembly...

I have NO idea where can I go buy this stuff? are there any websites etc? How do I even find the part number?

You can buy the door hold open clip at camping world or any good rv store. Cant help you on the ladder you might have to go oem on that.
