Spray America Roof Coatings

Have any of my Fellow Frogs had this done or know of someone who has? We are weighing the cost of redoing our 2013 Mini Lite the old fashioned way each year or having this done once. Any Helpful Suggestions Out There?

besides cleaning and inspecting 2-4 times a year what else are you doing every year?

Use Eternabond tape once and spend a couple of hundred maybe for 10+ years of service...

Roof preventive maintenance

Not ReDoing, Routine Mainenance Only

I Am Not ReDoing Every Year, Just Doing Routine Mainenance Only Like We Should All Be Doing. I guess I should have made that clearer in my original post. I have purchased the necessary Dicor Products, including the Corner Tape that I plan to put under the Front Cap Trim Piece On The Top running side to side and then reinstall and reseal where the problem was originally. Completely Resealing the Less Than Factory Correct Installation.
Sorry For The Confusion.

If you're going to do something like that, then I'd consider using RV Armour. Seems like they do a good job from the reviews.

I used Heng's Rubber Roof Coating (which I have a sneaking suspicion is nothing more than exterior latex paint) on the roof of our old TT, and it came out beautifully. 31 ft trailer, used about a gallon and a half. I have before and after pics if anyone is interested in seeing them.

Here they are. It was the first time I had done the roof, and after I thoroughly cleaned it with a nylon brush (on a pole) and Spic & Span, which was what was recommended. Before I cleaned it there was still a lot of the old coating, but most of it was very chalky and came off during the cleaning process.
