Stains on top of front cap

I have some stains - look almost like droppings or weeping from a tree - on the top of the front cap. They haven't been there more than a week, as I just cleaned it thoroughly. I tried black streak remover, goof-off (including the extra strong aerosol) and Simple Green. Nothing even comes close to removing the stains. Any ideas on how to best clean my front cap would be greatly appreciated!!!

you can try scratch x but if its bird droppings and painted cap you may be looking at them for some time to come, had a bird poop on my Land rover and within a few hours the paint was permanently stained, I even tried to wet sand and buff but they remained till I traded it.

Nothing else worked, try Awesome at the dollar stores, amazing stuff. Remoces "permant" marker.

If nothing above works try a little rubbing compound. Then rewax it.
