Is that store actually call "Dollar Store"? Or is it Dollar Tree, or Dollar General, or Family Dollar, ....? I don't usually go to these type of stores but this product sounds like it does the trick for many.

I do know that you must be careful with roof cleaner on the sides and it must be washed off the sides with water very soon and not to let it sit on the sides. I don't know how you would stop the water from running off of the roof from the ACs, I have two of them and I would think that it is easier to clean the stains. Good Luck

I have used powered Spic N Span mixed to strongest suggested mix and had great results cleaning the roof on my old trailer. Plan to use it on my new roof before winter as it was on dealers lot for several months before we purchased the unit.

I use the liquid car wash soap undiluted on my old class C roof and it did a very good job. I used a 2 gal pump spray to put it on.

Do you think that the coils need to be cleaned on a brand new unit? Again, purchased in July, built in Feb 2014.

The lady in the aisle said they have a hard time keeping it in stock. My 5'er is 36' long and cleaning the roof is a JOB!!! I try to do it twice a year. The Totally Awesome works better than anything I have found previously, to include Tilex. Be sure to dilute it according to the instructions. I used it straight on tough stains and was very impressed. I purchased 4 quart bottles and used one on the roof with warm water mixed in a bucket. Dipped a brush in the bucket and went to town. Use plenty of water to rinse, I could see the places on the sides of the trailer where I didn't rinse well. It was hot out when I did it last and the spots where I didn't rinse well, left white streaks on the fiberglass sides. So, once I finished the roof, I did the rest of the trailer with warm soap and water. I was very impressed with the Totally Awesome. I am on 4 acres and parked under oak trees. Not a lot I can do about them, they drop leaves constantly. Good luck and post pics!
We use totally awesome. Used it on old tt with ok results. Tried it on the fiver, again only had it 3 months and couldn't get the stain off the roof. And yes you can get it at dollar General. That's where we got it.
