think my roof is leaking at side wall

I was cleaning the outside of my 09 rockwood 8313ss then went on the roof to clean the gutters and spray off the roof, I went in to check for leaks. did really see anything but at the rear slide the wall is soft and looks like mold in the molding trim Does any one know if this is a warranty job Im so upset we bought this new in 3/09 because trying to avoid water damage because of our daughter health issuses.

I have a 2008 8314ss roof leaking at slideout the gasket above slideout was loose on outside causing water to wick its way around sidewall and eventually damaging roof went through my dealer to evaluate the cause of problem. They contacted forest river and I took unit back to factory and they replaced sidewall and roof. my post(Thank you Forest River roof leak repaired). They do stand behind their product hope this helps even though out of warrenty it took 3 years before damaging roof.
