I talked with manufacturers of TPO rubber roofing and they suggest to put nothing on your rubber roof just wash it with Dawn and a good moderate brissel brush, your roof is not going to keep its new appearance, climate changing from hot to cold, pollen etc. is going to slowly take some toll on your roofing. Rubber roofs have a 20 year plus life span, my trailer is a 2007, l use Eternabond and Dicor sealant and wash it twice a year.Pictures of your roof would help to see what you are seeing.
