It's just me but I would not own a camper with out a shed to keep the sun off of it.

I clean and condition my roof per manufacture recommendations(4 xs per year). As you can see I park it under an oak tree, so naturally I have small black spots that are very hard to get off the roof, as well as horrible black streaks down the side, even after cleaning it 4 xs a year. However the roof is getting easier to clean, but the black streaks, not so much. My question is if I cut down the tree will the black streaks and black spots not be as bad and eventually go away? I really like the tree because it does provide some shade on our camper during the hot South Louisiana summers. I do keep the AC on 80* during the summer to try and keep the temp and humidity at bay in the camper. I also like the shade it provides in the yard, so I am torn about cutting it down, the wife wants it down, but I am hesitant. So if I cut the tree down, will the no black spots, black streaks go away? I will have no shade but the wife is happy. If I leave the tree standing, I will continue to have black spots, black streaks but I will still have shade. Will cutting the tree down solve my problem with black spots on the roof and black streaks? What to do what to do, help me out folks!
One thing that you can do (and cheaply) about the black streaks, is to install the 4-inch or so gutter extensions - one on EVERY one of your short gutter drip spouts. This will dramatically improve the "black-streak" issue as the roof runoff will not run down the trailer sides.

Well me and the wife discussed that but we bought a 8k generator instead. The generator is needed more than the cover. We have a 3500K generator but it will not run the AC in the camper. With hurricane season upon us we figured we need the generator in case we have to evacuate for a hurricane, hope to God we do not have to but if so we will be prepared.

What I had in mind was something cheap. Not a fabbed building. A cloth cover would probably do what you need.
